Gym Kidz Gymnastics  Gymnastics doesn't get any better than this!
   Your children will love the Gym Kidz program, which offers children and teens a dynamic and fun way to learn gymnastics.  Using various types of gymnastics equipment including vault, beam, trampoline, plus floor work and bars, your kids will work on strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, body movement and awareness and expression.  Training in these areas is geared toward achieving the program's primary aim – building happy, healthy and confident children.
   Gym Kidz Inc., under the expert direction of Joslyn Pedraja-Varona, is a welcome addition to the JCC family of sports and wellness programs. Joslyn has over 15 years of coaching and management experience in gymnastics, tumbling and children's fitness.  As the founder and president of Gym Kidz Inc., she leads the Gym Kidz facility in North Miami Beach and the current gymnastics program at the Coral Gables Youth Center. Sign your child up today for one of the many classes Gym Kidz offers.

Preschool Gymnastics Classes

For crawlers–age 3 — Parents are required to stay with their child at all times.

Recreational Program — For Ages 5 & up
The Gym Kidz recreational program is a multi-level gymnastics program for children ages 5 and up with its
main emphasis on safely learning gymnastics in a fun, non-competitive environment. By focusing on strength,
flexibility and balance development, children feel confident and learn self-discipline. The following levels and
classes have been designed to accommodate each child's need. New students will be evaluated by a coach
to determine their correct level.
• Red & Orange (Girls Beginner)
Age 5 & up • 55-minute class
Mon., Tues., Wed. or Thurs. • 3:40, 4:35 or 5:30 p.m.
• Blue & Green (Girls Intermediate)
Age 5 & up • 55-minute class
Mon., Tues. or Thurs. • 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday • 4:35 or 5:30 p.m.
• Boys (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
Age 5 & up • 55-minute class
Monday • 3:40 or 4:35 p.m.
• Tumbling/Cheerleading
Whether your child is interested in competitive cheerleading,
improving their cheerleading and tumbling skills or just want
to have fun, Gym Kidz has the perfect cheerleading program. 
The programs are designed to improve strength, endurance, flexibility
and coordination while working on basic tumbling skills.
Age 5 & up • 55-minute class
Mon. or Wed. • 5:30 p.m.
• Back Handspring Class
The entire class is dedicated to teaching how to perform a proper
back handspring along with basic tumbling techniques.
Age 6 & up • 55-minute class
Tues. or Thurs. • 5:30 p.m.
• Kidz Open Gym

For age 4 & up — Children may be dropped off.

A minimum of four children is required to hold open gym.
