Swim Classes at the Aquatics Center

At the David Posnack JCC, we don't have just one pool, we have three! Check out our 25-yard, competition-size swimming pool, a 1500 square foot teaching pool and a 225 square foot kiddie pool.  And don't forget to relax in our spa!

Two of our pools are heated with our new geothermal heating system, so you can enjoy swimming all year long!

Pool Hours:

Monday - Thursday (August) 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Monday - Thursday (September - October) 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Monday - Thursday (November - March) 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Come on in, the water's fine - our pool is heated with a geothermal system.

One swimming lane will be open for members to use at all times during regular pool hours.

Swim Lessons:

All Ages • Available by appointment only

These classes are a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio.

1:1 - 20 minutes for 10 lessons
Members: $235 • Community: $305

1:2 - 20 minutes for 10 lessons
Members: $135 • Community: $175

Azura/JCC Swim School:

Group swim classes & swim team are offered by the Azura/JCC Swim School.

Policies and Procedures:

• Payment must be given at the time of registration.
• Fees may be prorated.
• Fess are not refundable.
• Group classes with less than four children are subject to change or may be combined with another class.
• Make-up lessons are scheduled as soon as possible for all lessons cancelled by the DPJCC due to inclement weather.
• Lessons completed 50% or more of their scheduled time are not made up.
• There is no make-up for a missed lesson that was offered at its scheduled time.
• All class registrations and payments expire 60 days from the time of purchase.

Please note:  participating in a swimming program does not "drown-proof" your child. 
Adult supervision is essential in
