The tournament is SOLD OUT!

If you would like to be put on a waiting list please email Rick, at RBallRick1@gmail.com. Please include your name, division(s), email, phone number and if you're available to play on Friday, April 25.

Thank you for your continued support to make this our 6th consecutive sold out year!

Tournament Deadline: Sunday, April 20, 2014 or when player maximum limit is reached. Entries received after the deadline may not be accepted. 

Entry Fees:

Adult 1st Event $45
Adult 2nd Event $35
Adult 3rd Event $25
Junior 1st Event $20

$10 discount for DPJCC members.

Divisions

OPEN is the highest level of play in this tournament. 3 Divisions Maximum.
if you want to play 3 divisions, the third division must be mixed doubles, and you must be able to play on
Friday, April 25.

*Centurion division: combined age of 100 years old. 

Starting Times

Starting times will be posted on this page and will be emailed to you on Wednesday evening, April 23, 2014.
Play may start on Friday, April 25 at 10:00 a.m.
All reasonable time requests will be considered, but not guaranteed.

Rules and Sanctioning

You do NOT have to be a member of the DPJCC or the USAR to participate. This tournament is NOT sanctioned, so no points will be given. However, USAR rules apply. Approved eye guards must be worn. No consolation matches. Max of 3 divisions and 3rd event must be mixed doubles. The tournament directors reserve the right to reclassify or deny entry to any participant. Divisions may be combined at the tournament directors' discretion.

Awards

 All divisions receive awards for 1st and 2nd place.

Referees

Match winners are required to referee or find a suitable alternate or forfeit the next round.

Hospitality

A tournament T-shirt will be given to each player. Additional T-shirts may be purchased for $20.00. Breakfast, lunch and the "Grill Master" Harvey's famous BBQ dinner will be provided on Saturday. Breakfast and lunch are provided on Sunday.
Drinks and snacks are provided throughout the weekend. As always, we have great raffle prizes and promo items for
everyone who plays.
