Each of the seven GIBORIM groups has their own room, which is used for many group and individual activities. In addition, the JCC facilities are available to GIBORIM all summer long including: two gymnasiums, playground, computer lab, softball fields, auditorium and three pools.
GIBORIM offers a limited number of campers the opportunity to be included with the "general camp population." The goal is to provide an optimal camp experience to practice apporpriate behaviors and social skills.
Camp activities include all that are offered at the JCC. Participation is based on the age and ability of the campers. Activities include arts and crafts, music, sports, swimming, mini-golf, karate and science.
Twice a week children ages 5 and up travel on age-appropriate field trips that are rewarding to the campers. Favorite trips include bowling, movies, museums and boat rides. In addition, the Teen group participates in a day trip to Orlando.
