In observance of Yom Kippur, the JCC will close at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, September 15 and remain closed Thursday, September 16.  We will reopen at normal hours on Friday, September 17.

Mania Nudel HLC Commemorative Naming Opportunities

  • The Garden of Peace and Reflection dedicated by Susan and Dr. Saul Z’L Singer. A symbol of hope, peace, and renewal:

The Garden of Peace and Reflection is a place for contemplation and personal thought.

The Garden will feature four benches placed throughout this beautifully landscaped area along with a moving sculpture, Am Yisrael Chai by Susan Miller.  The landscaping will be selected to attract butterflies of all species, as depicted in our logo.

  • The Reflection Pool: Dedicated by Amy & Alan Meltzer

The Reflection Pool is a calming pool of water with a wall inscribed with the immortal saying of Never Again, לעולם לא עוד, written in Hebrew letters.


  • Sculpture, “Am Yisrael Chai,” by Susan Miller - in loving memory of Ruth and Austin Tupler
  • Four Individual Benches have been named.
