Join Laurie as she discusses her book, You've Been Volunteered. Jen’s pulled in almost too many directions for one middle-aged, minivan-driving superhero to handle. But she tackles all that is thrown at her with grace, sass, and down-to-earth revelations that make YOU’VE BEEN VOLUNTEERED a light-hearted, fun, and easy read for anyone who has struggled to juggle home, work, and life—or for anyone who has navigated the mine-field that is room parenting with a micromanaging PTA president and a grade full of parents unwilling to participate in crossing guard duty. Jen Dixon’s observations of the brutal world of third-grade class politics and what’s secretly going on under the guise of polite parental interactions will have you laughing along with her throughout her entire journey.
