11:00 AM- Terezin Initiative - Witnesses Inspirational Messages

Living in Prague, Rabbi Ron Hoffberg is a teacher and guide to the Terezin story; he shares insights and inspiration through the eyes and voices of the survivors. Rabbi Ron Hoffberg serves the Jewish community of Prague as the Masorti rabbi as well as a Professor of Jewish History in the Overseas studies program of Charles University. He is a very sought- after guide to Jewish Prague as well as to many other treasures of Jewish Life throughout Central Europe. Hoffberg received his master's degree, ordination, and Honorary Doctorate from the Jewish Theological Seminary. Recently he has taken the IJKL community on a virtual tour of Prague and by popular demand will be guiding us through Hungary and Romania in the spring!


1:00 PM- Virtual Tour in the Anne Frank House

A live, guided virtual tour of the Hiding Place at the Anne Frank House where Anne lived with her family for more than two years and wrote her diary. The tour shows what the hiding place looked like in the 1940s. Led by educators from the University of South Carolina at the Anne Frank Center USA.

An interactive one-hour program includes chat and Q&A.
