It’s often hard to see beyond the everyday tasks and stresses of taking care of a loved one, but an important part of a caregiver’s job is to take care of oneself. This participatory workshop will teach you ways to relax, de-stress and stay healthy.

• How Aromatherapy Can Help With Stress with Raisy Gittler
• How Nutrition Plays an Important Role in Stress Reduction with Alex Frizzelle
• 5-Minute Chair Massage by Jack Goldberg of Live Well South Florida (limited basis)
