THE MISSION

The David Posnack Jewish Community Center enriches lives by connecting people through cultural, educational, social, recreational and wellness programs in an environment of fun, friendship and unity. The J is open to all and proudly guided by Jewish values. The JCC serves all residents of the community, regardless of faith, age or disability.

THE HISTORY

Funded by David Posnack, a philanthropic leader and local businessman, the J opened August 19, 1988 with the vision of being a facility where the Jewish community, especially children, could come together. Today, thousands of residents of the community, regardless of faith, age or disability enjoy and participate in a multitude of activities.
