Maternal Fitness Program

This program promotes the well-being of the pregnant woman and her child to have a safer, healthier and easier delivery through guided fitness classes.  

Curriculum includes access to:
Pool  |  Indoor track  | Fitness center  |  Ballet barre

Medical clearance is required for participation.

Mondays | 9:00-9:45 a.m. • 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Wednesdays | Noon-1:00 p.m. • 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Fridays | 12:30-1:30 p.m.

8 classes - Members: $200 • Community: $260
Pregnancy personal training available upon request

Ongoing monthly registration includes four weeks of classes held twice a week. Choose days and times at registration from available options. Make-up schedule available for holidays. Must have 48 hour prior notice for cancellation, otherwise session will not be rescheduled.

La Femme Active's preganancy fitness program is in accordance with the guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
