Coach Requirements:

• Head Coach: 21 years of age or older as of July 27, 2026
• Assistant Coach:19 years of age or older as of July 27, 2026
• Must have experience or have a strong working knowledge of the sport
• Agree to a comprehensive background check, facilitated by the National Center for Safety Initiatives
• An appreciation that the social and cultural elements of the JCC Maccabi Games® & Access are just as important as the competition
• An ability to communicate effectively and respectively 
• Good sportsmanship, moral values and respect for being in a Jewish environment
• An ability to dedicate the amount of time needed—recruitment, tryouts, practices, socials, meetings, communication, etc.
