Azura Swim Team

The pre-team group stresses fundamental swimming skills: sculling, turns, pacing, efficiency, "underwater works," and finalizes the execution of all four strokes.

Bronze Group | Ages 12 & Under

Pre-team swimmers move up to this group. Swimmers are competent in all 4 strokes and are continuously improving their technique. Training sessions revolve around the individual medley and introduction of race techniques.

Silver & Gold Group | Ages 14 & Under

Bronze swimmers move up to these groups. Athletes must swim all four strokes well and maintain good technique on low intensity interval sets. Athletes transition to race training along with technical training.

Teen Group | Ages 15 & Older

Azura Teen Group focuses on training athletes who are looking to develop their technique in all four strokes. They will alternate technique work with aerobic training. Swimmers are strongly encouraged to attend as many practices, because skills/progressions build from one practice to another.

Azura Masters and adult swimming is an exciting, fun and dynamic workout for adult swimmers of all abilities and ages.

Competitive swimmers, triathletes and beginners are welcome. We offer every participant an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability. The program is designed to improve swimming technique, health, fitness and competitive skills.
