Robert Watson - Declaration: The Story of America's Independence
Robert P. Watson will discuss his new book that uncovers the debates, diverse voices and lesser-known stories behind the Declaration of Independence. Drawing on rich primary sources, Watson highlights the women, enslaved people and Indigenous communities who influenced America's founding and examines the political turmoil and big ideas that shaped the document's creation and enduring impact.
