Every David Posnack Jewish Day School student is a member of the DPJCC until she/he graduates or leaves the school (whichever comes first).

Please note the application requires two signatures, the David Posnack Jewish Day School student & a parent. For your convenience you can scan it & email it directly to leisenstein@dpjcc.org
