The Jewish Engagement Department (JED) inspires Jewish pride and strengthens Jewish identity by positioning the DPJCC as a central hub of Jewish and Israeli culture, heritage and community life. Through meaningful, educational and engaging initiatives, we foster deeper connections and enrich Jewish life within our JCC and across the broader Broward community.

Maya Sharon is the Director of Jewish Engagement at the David Posnack Jewish Community Center. She loves bringing people together and creating meaningful opportunities to connect with Israel, Jewish traditions and one another.
