This new group fitness class is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and is divided into intervals of strength and cardiovascular training.
Designed to:
- Build strength
- Improve endurance
- Increase energy
- Maximize calorie burn
- Burn fat
Each 60-minute workout features:
- Heart rate monitors to track time spent in each intensity zone and calories burned
- Treadmills
- Rowing machines
- Maximum of 18 people per class
