This new group fitness class is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and is divided into intervals of strength and cardiovascular training.

Designed to:

  • Build strength
  • Improve endurance
  • Increase energy
  • Maximize calorie burn
  • Burn fat

Each 60-minute workout features:

  • Heart rate monitors to track time spent in each intensity zone and calories burned
  • Treadmills
  • Rowing machines
  • Maximum of 18 people per class
  • RESULTS
