Group Fitness Classes

Welcome to XZone Group Fitness Classes at the David Posnack JCC!


The David Posnack JCC has a group fitness class for everyone.  Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness, and we offer a variety of different group fitness classes to choose from. 

Whether you are looking for a challenging workout like XZone HIIT**, a muscle-toning class like barre, dance your way around with Zumba, straighten your muscles with Silver Sneakers, or a more relaxed way to get moving like Yoga Flow, at the DPJCC we have a class that is perfect for you.

Our group fitness classes are taught by experienced and qualified instructors highly trained to help you break a sweat and achieve your fitness goals. We offer various times for your busy schedules so you can join us and have a great time! Call your friends, get your workout gear on, and head to the J for a group fitness class! You’ll leave feeling happier and healthier.

*Classes will be updated in real-time so you can see if a class has a substitute or cancelation before you leave home. You don’t have to register for classes (except TRX) but you benefit if you do by receiving e-mail notifications of subs or cancelations for any classes you do register for
