In Conversation with Dr. Alex Kor

A Journey of Resilience, Forgiveness and Hope

Dr. Alex Kor, author of A Blessing Not a Burden, shares his powerful journey as the son of two Holocaust survivors who narrowly escaped death. Growing up in Indiana, Dr. Kor faced unique challenges shaped by his family's past. In his moving presentation, he explores themes of resilience, forgiveness, and legacy, drawing from personal stories and lessons passed down by his parents. From his mother’s controversial belief in forgiving the Nazis to his father’s unshakable optimism, Dr. Kor reveals how their outlook shaped his life and continues to inspire his mission today.

Following the talk, join Dr. Kor for lunch. A kosher boxed lunch from Bagel Boss can be purchased for just $18.
Each lunch includes a wrap (tuna, egg, or veggie), a bag of chips and a cookie.
