Become a Voice of Memory and Education: Join Our Holocaust Learning Center Docent Training Program

The Mania and Max Nudel Holocaust Learning Center is inviting passionate and compassionate individuals to join our upcoming Docent Training Program — an opportunity to help preserve history, honor memory, and educate future generations.

We’re seeking volunteers to serve as docents, guiding student and adult groups through the powerful exhibits and stories housed in our Center. Whether you are a second or third generation Holocaust survivor, or simply someone deeply committed to Holocaust education, your voice can make a lasting impact.

Our five-week training program begins October 22 at 10:00 a.m. at the Holocaust Learning Center at the David Posnack JCC. Sessions are held once a week for two hours, providing you with the tools, confidence, and historical insight needed to engage visitors in meaningful dialogue and reflection.

This is more than volunteer work — it’s a chance to ensure that the lessons of the Holocaust are never forgotten. To learn more or to sign up, please contact Lizzy Nachmias at nachmias@dpjcc.org or call 954-434-0499 ext. 1210
