Proudly sponsored by the Marta-Beth Friedman Never Again Endowment Fund, LFT invites Jewish teens in grades 10–12 to develop leadership and advocacy skills at the David Posnack JCC.

For over a decade, the American Jewish Committee’s Leaders for Tomorrow (LFT) program has empowered thousands of Jewish high school students to lead with pride, purpose, and confidence. Program Highlights include:

  • Over 3,500 alumni across the U.S.
  • Monthly in-depth sessions led by AJC professionals and education experts
  • National network of LFT cohorts across more than a dozen cities
  • Annual Susan and Bart Lewis Family LFT Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C., where students meet directly with policymakers
  • Priority access to the AJC Global Forum—Jewish advocacy’s premier international gathering

The Leaders For Tomorrow (LFT) Program is AJC’s premier, year-long leadership program that empowers Jewish high school students to build confident Jewish identities. Through immersive learning, hands-on experiences, and skill-building, LFT prepares students to combat antisemitism, engage meaningfully with their communities, and advocate for the Jewish people and Israel—in high school, on campus, and beyond.
The program includes seven LFT sessions held at the David Posnack JCC on Thursdays from 6:00–8:00 PM, with the following scheduled dates (subject to change):

  • Thursday, October 23, 2025
  • Thursday, November 13, 2025
  • Thursday, December 11, 2025
  • Thursday, January 15, 2026
  • Thursday, February 19, 2026
  • Thursday, March 26, 2026
  • Graduation & Parent Program: Monday, April 27, 2026
  • 3 team-building focused programs (Dates & Times TBD)
  • A 3-day advocacy summit in Washington D.C. (February 1-3)

Registration Fee
$150
Fully refundable upon successful completion of the program requirements, including:
