Week 3 Jan 29: Tracey Hecht, MSES, CPT and Ralph Ramirez
Week 4 Feb 5: Group Discussion
Week 5 Feb 12: Ysaac Kaplan
Week 6 Feb 19: : Meryl returns (diving deeper into metabolism, DNA, etc)
Feb 26: Final weigh-in and partyyy

Based on the highest percentage of body weight lost.
To compete for prizes, you must:
1) Work out at least three time per week
2) Attend each weigh-in at specified day and time

* Meryl Brandwein, RD/LDN, has been studying food and healing for over 20 years and is a leader in the area of Functional and Integrative Nutrition. Her tenacity and determination to get to the root cause of a client’s chronic illness has earned her the nickname “THE REBEL DIETITIAN.” Meryl received her degree from the University of Delaware and holds advanced certifications from the Institute of Functional Medicine, Oncology Integrative Certifications and Food As Medicine for Women. She is also very proud to be one of the only nutritionists in South Florida certified in Genomics and Culinary Genomics. Meryl’s private nutrition practice serves individuals, groups and corporations and her philosophy is based on the principle that food is our best medicine.
