Get in a high intensity workout at XZone Fitness®!

Our high intensity workout using spin bikes, rowers, treadmills and weights (dumbbells & kettlebells) and heart-rate monitor tracking that includes calories burned and heart rate during the workout. Advance registrations required.

Sponsored jointly by the JCC and the National Parkinson's Foundation, this program is open to anyone who has the disease. Physical exercise classes provide much help to slow the progression of Parkinson's. Classes include Ageless Grace, Splash, Tai Chi, Yoga, Voice Therapy and more.

Special Needs Adult Program (ages 23+)
June 19 - July 28, 2017 • 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

Since 1991, the J has provided a special needs summer camp for children and young adults (ages 3-22). Now we are proud to offer a camp to serve the adult community with special needs including, but not limited to, intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down syndrome. Camp is filled with innovative activities and creative programs that will help develop your camper’s work/life and socialization skills.
